We furnish an empty listing in 1–2 days so it photographs well and buyers can tell what each room is for.
Lived-in home staging
You keep living in the home. We rearrange what you have, remove what distracts and add a few pieces where a room needs them.
Staging consultation
A 90-minute walkthrough, in person or by video, and a prioritized to-do list you carry out yourself.
No cash up front
Stage now, pay when it sells
Through our partner Notable, sellers can stage now and pay out of escrow when the home sells. Notable can also cover paint, repairs and other listing prep.
