Lived-in home staging

You keep living in the home. We rearrange what you have, remove what distracts and add a few pieces where a room needs them.

Most lived-in homes don't need a truckload of furniture. They need less on the counters, a better furniture layout and a few fresh pieces. That is the lowest-cost way to stage, because your own furniture does most of the work.

We walk the home with you, decide what stays, what gets stored and what moves to another room, then bring in rugs, art, bedding or accent furniture where they make a difference in photos.

On install day we style every room for the photographer, so the home is ready to shoot when we leave.
