No Cash Up Front: Paying for Staging at Closing

OC Home Staging works with Notable, a financing company for listing preparation. Qualified sellers apply online, the home is staged on the normal schedule, and the cost is paid from escrow when the sale closes. Notable sets the eligibility rules, terms and any fees.
Who this helps
- Sellers whose money is tied up in the home they are selling.
- Families handling an estate who want costs settled from the proceeds.
- Agents whose clients like the idea of staging but hesitate at a bill before the sale.
How it works
- The homeowner applies with Notable through our link.
- If approved, we stage as usual, typically 1–2 days after the project is confirmed.
- At closing, the amount is paid out of escrow.
What else it can cover
Notable's financing is for listing preparation in general, so it can also be used for paint, flooring, repairs and similar work that gets a home ready to sell.
What to check first
Read Notable's terms before you apply: what fees or interest apply, what happens if the home does not sell or the listing is withdrawn, and when repayment is due. We are a staging company, not a lender, and those terms are between you and Notable.
If you would like a price before deciding, request a staging quote and mention pay-at-closing.
