A 90-minute walkthrough, in person or by video, and a prioritized to-do list you carry out yourself.
If the budget is tight or the home already shows well, a consultation is the cheapest way to get a stager's eye on it. We go room by room and tell you what to do, in order of what matters most.
You get a written list covering paint and small repairs, what to remove or store, how to arrange each room, and how to prepare for the photographer. You or your agent can do the work on your own schedule.

Stage now, pay when it sells
