An empty room gives buyers nothing to measure against. They can't tell if a king bed fits or where the sofa goes, and the photos look like every other empty listing. Furniture answers those questions before anyone asks.
We keep vacant staging quick and affordable by furnishing the rooms that sell the house: the living room, dining area, kitchen and primary bedroom. Extra bedrooms, an office or a patio are added only if they help the listing.
After you approve the quote we schedule delivery, usually within 1–2 days. Our crew places and styles everything in one visit, and we pick it all up when the home sells.
